Fedex Return Shipping Information

Please obtain a large enough FedEx Mailing box and shipping label from your local FedEx office FREE of charge.

You must place your metals in a small box and then place the small box in the large FedEx box. Secure the small box with newspaper or similar material and close and tape the large FedEx package securely. Please include your full name, Regent Gold Group account number, address and telephone number inside the large box. Not including this information could delay processing time considerably.

• Each FedEx box should contain a maximum of $50,000 in value for insurance purposes. Please send metals in more than one package if necessary.
• Please use only Standard Overnight Service (delivery by next business afternoon).
• Must ship a package so that Regent Gold Group will receive the package the following day. For example, do not ship on a Friday or Saturday for a Monday delivery or over a holiday or holiday weekend.
• You DO NOT need to insure the package with FedEx.
• DO NOT give any indication as to the value or contents of package to FedEx. If packed and addressed correctly, it is fully covered.
• Packages may not exceed fifteen pounds in weight.

REGISTERED INSURED MAIL RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

When returning the metal, place it back into the small box that your metals were delivered to you in or any box that the coins fit into comfortably. The box needs to be taped with “brown packing tape” (Do not use glossy tape. The post office needs to stamp the box and glossy will not be accepted.) THIS IS IMPORTANT: You need to include your Full Name, Regent Gold account number, address and telephone number inside the box. Not including your personal information could delay our processing time substantially.

Each package can be insured for a maximum of $25,000.00 by the postal service. (Any amount over $25,000 and up to $100,000 will be covered by Regent Gold’s insurance policy. You need to insure the package for its current value but ONLY up to the $25,000 allowed by the postal service! Regent Gold Capital’s insurance will cover up to $100,000 after that. If you package is valued over $100,000, please send the metals in individual packages that do not exceed the $100,000 limit. The label needs to be filled out as stated below for insurance to be covered completely.)
